Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All the products sold are not refundable.
  2. Exchange is allowed for normal priced items  only (not including sales/ promotion items, accessories, belts and bags).
  3. Only defective items (examples: torn or obvious stains) are allowed to exchange. As such, snapshot of the defective part/s is required as a proof.
  4. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.
  5. Requests for exchange due to size/ fitting reasons will be rejected.
  6. All the return/ exchanged items must be in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). We reserve the right to reject such return/ exchange if the items are found not in its original condition.
  7. All return/ exchanged items must be mailed back to our office within seven (7) days of receipt.
  8. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens and colors may be portrayed with slight differences, especially on the brighter hues. Requests for return/ exchange due to such reason will be rejected.
  9. All the shipping costs for return/ exchange are under buyers own responsibility and are not refundable.  
  10. We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping service or to purchase a shipping insurance if your shipping product is over RM100. Epicsense will not take any responsibility on the missing or lost items of your return.
